Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms apply to reading pages, citing documentation, and using the instructions on the Shadowrocket Official Handbook website.
1. Website Purpose and Scope
This is the Shadowrocket official website and handbook, with guidance on verifying the genuine App Store listing, purchasing and installing the app, importing an existing subscription, using Settings, and troubleshooting connections. Please read these terms when accessing or using this site. If you do not agree, do not rely on the site’s instructions. These terms govern use of the website’s content and do not replace the App Store’s terms of sale or any license terms applicable within the app.
Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app for Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad. It is available exclusively through the App Store. Check the App Store listing for system requirements, device compatibility, pricing, and purchase availability. Before purchasing, see the App Store purchase guide and verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and app ID 932747118.
2. Lawful Use and Service Boundaries
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your activities, as well as the rules of the networks, devices, and services you access. Do not use the app or this site’s instructions for unlawful purposes, including violating others’ rights, accessing systems without permission, stealing data, or disrupting network operations. Being able to configure a feature does not grant permission to access the resources it may reach.
This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services. Tutorials assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. Obtain subscription links from your service provider. A one-time app purchase is not a proxy service plan. Purchasing the app does not include proxy service; check with your provider about access, validity, and terms of use.
3. Information and Disclaimer
Shadowrocket is sold through the App Store. Purchases, payments, and redownloads are handled through the store’s processes. This site’s instructions explain how to use the app; they do not guarantee network availability, uninterrupted connections, specific access outcomes, or the quality of third-party services. App screens and system prompts may change, so check the options currently shown in the app as you follow the instructions.
Before changing Config, DNS, or On Demand settings, back up important configurations and note their current values. Keep subscription URLs, server credentials, and logs secure; do not disclose them publicly. This site is not responsible for service interruptions, lost configurations, or data loss caused by network changes, provider issues, device failures, incorrect settings, or user actions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Diagnostic examples explain how to check for issues; they do not indicate that a service is available or guarantee a fix. If you have connection problems, first follow the steps in the quick-start guide, then look for the relevant option in the settings handbook. Avoid changing several settings at once, so you can identify what affects the result.
4. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related software rights belong to their developer. This site uses the official icon and interface materials to identify the product and explain its use. Displaying these materials does not grant visitors rights to use the trademark, software, or images. Purchasing the app does not grant the right to copy, modify, or redistribute it.
Original text and page code on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When quoting the instructions, credit the source and preserve their meaning. Do not remove or alter risk notices in a way that could mislead readers. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before copying, adapting, or republishing material beyond what the law permits as fair use.
5. Changes to These Terms and Questions
These terms may be revised in response to legal requirements, store rules, or changes to the documentation’s scope. Updates and the month of the latest revision will be posted on this page. Revised terms apply to website use going forward from the date they are published and do not retroactively change rights or obligations already established by law. Please review the terms relevant to your use before continuing.
For questions about steps or settings, start with the quick-start guide and its troubleshooting instructions. Contact App Store support about purchases and billing. For authorization or connection details related to an existing subscription, check with your service provider. If any part of these terms is found legally invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
